Usability - Allows the importation of multiple ROMs at once.

Currently, it is necessary to import one ROM at a time, but it would be good to be able to select several and import them together. This could be done in the following way:
- Choose the console.
- Click on "Upload".
- When the file manager opens, allow the selection of multiple files.
- Upon uploading, validate which files have the correct extensions for that console.
- Allow only the correct files to be uploaded.
